Shipping & Delivery: Australia Wide Customers all shipping is via Australia Post. Shipping times usually between 1-2 business days from time sent. Allow 72 hours for processing of orders, however generally done on a daily basis Monday – Friday. NO processing and shipping on weekends and public holidays. All items are sent Express Post.
International Customers all shipping is via Australia Post- Registered Post International. Delivery to most countries within 3-10 working days. Allow 72 hours for processing of orders, however generally done on a daily basis Monday-Friday. NO processing and shipping on weekends or public holidays. Each article has a unique identification number. Proof of shipping provided when article lodged.
Please ensure all correct address and information is provided as Vintage Fashion Lounge cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

For any unclaimed packages, if a response is not received from the customer within 2 weeks of item being returned, the customer will receive a store credit in the amount of the original order less 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. If the customer responds due to their failure to claim their parcel they will incur additional shipping fees to have item resent.

Once your order has been shipped, this is considered as a completed transaction. If you refuse your package, this does not entitle you to a refund. The returned package will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling costs, as Vintage Fashion Lounge will have incurred the cost of processing, preparing and sending your order.
Privacy & Security: Any information provided by the customer to Vintage Fashion Lounge in regards to memberships and purchases or for any other reason shall never be shared with any third party whatsoever
We reserve the right to refuse any orders or purchases that appear fraudulent or suspicious. We reserve the right to request further verification if needed.
Returns & Replacements: Refunds will be issued to your Credit Card or Paypal account if return items are received within 14 days of your purchase. We are happy to exchange. Additional costs for Postage and Handling will be the responsibility of the customer. We will issue Vintage Fashion Lounge credit within 21 days of return, if you are unable to find an alternative straight away. The credit number will be emailed to you, and can be redeemed at any time in the future. All items need to be returned in condition received. Tags still attached, not worn, no stains, marks or pet hair and no damage to closures and seams. Every item purchased through Vintage Fashion Lounge goes through a strict and thorough inspection, prior to being sent to the customer, to ensure there are no fault or damage issues with the item. A GUARANTEE OF NO FAULTS is attached. Please assess very carefully before returning. If item is returned damaged, it is the customers decision to either have the item returned to them at their expense or the item donated to charity. Digital images of the damaged item will be forwarded to the customer and kept on file. We do not accept exchanges on any undergarments, intimate apparel, cosmetics and makeup.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order in writing via email. If cancellation request is made after 2 hours you will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% which will be deducted from your refunded payment.
