We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB and PAYPAL

Payments can be made using Paypal or through secure Credit Card payments. All Credit Card addresses and postcodes need to correspond with the billing address and postcode on file to the bank that issued the Credit Card.

If Paypal is a preferred method of payment and you do not have a Paypal account. You are still able to pay using your Credit Card with Paypal. (you do not need to sign up for a Paypal account). If you wish to have a Paypal account visit www.paypal.com and sign up for free, this only takes a few minutes.

FRAUD PREVENTION POLOCIES

We reserve the right to refuse any orders or purchases that appear fraudulent or suspicious. We reserve the right to request further verification if needed.

RETURNS

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON ANY SALE ITEMS.

Refunds will be issued to your Credit Card or Paypal account if return full price items are received within 14 days of your purchase. We are happy to exchange. Additional costs for Postage and Handling will be the responsibility of the customer. We will issue Vintage Fashion Lounge credit within 21 days of return, if you are unable to find an alternative straight away. The credit number will be emailed to you, and can be redeemed at any time in the future.

All items need to be returned in condition received. Tags still attached, not worn, no stains, marks or pet hair and no damage to closures and seams. Every item purchased through Vintage Fashion Lounge goes through a strict and thorough inspection, prior to being sent to the customer, to ensure there are no fault or damage issues with the item. A GUARANTEE OF NO FAULTS is attached. Please assess very carefully before returning. If item is returned damaged, it is the customers decision to either have the item returned to them at their expense or the item donated to charity. Digital images of the damaged item will be forwarded to the customer and kept on file. We do not accept exchanges on any undergarments, intimate apparel, cosmetics and makeup.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order in writing via email. If cancellation request is made after 2 hours you will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% which will be deducted from your refunded payment.
